How can I check the Mesh Router’s connection status?

Look at the LED indicator on your Mesh Router or check the EnMesh™ App display to see the connection status:

  • LED indicator: Stable connection
  • Orange LED indicator: Spotty connection
  • Red LED indicator: Disconnection

Having trouble with your Mesh Router?

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try on your own:

  • Get closer your Mesh Router: If you have connection issues. Keep all wireless devices close, within 10 meters (32 feet), until the LED indicator/App display shows a stable connection. 
  • Power cycles your Mesh device: Try power cycling your device by unplugging the power cable or press the EnMesh™ App’s restart button. This step may fix connectivity issues.
  • Restart your modem: Restarting your modem can sometimes fix connectivity issues and improve performance. Unplug the power cable from your modem, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. This step will clear the modem’s cache to revert it to original performance.
  • Check your Internet connection: To check your Internet connection, use the EnMesh App’s Internet speed test function. If your Internet connection is up and running, you will be able to access the Internet when connected to the modem via the Ethernet cable.

How do I reset the Mesh Router?

You can use the reset button to perform two distinct actions—a soft reset and a hard reset.

Soft Reset
Locate the “Factory Set” button on the EnMesh™ App’s device page. This Soft Reset button will clear all network configurations from the Mesh device, clear its session and logs, and remove the Mesh device from your network. The device will be reset to default.

Hard Reset
A hard reset will clear all network configurations, clear its session and logs, and remove the Mesh device from your network. To hard reset your Mesh device, hold the reset button until the LED flashes red, and then release it. When the LED changes to a blue flash, you can then access the App install wizard to reinstall your Mesh devices.
